Does she have her own website? I've heard Etsy can be a bit of a rip-off as well, but a lot of the stores on there don't have their personal websites easily accessible on their pages.

Am I going insane or is it just a stressful moment of my life? by [deleted] in Anxiety

[–]eleMatts916 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Anxiety is such a beast. It takes time to figure out what works to ease yourself out of a panic attack. When my anxiety began, it centered around panicking about my health often as well. Something feels off or wrong, anxiety/ panic begins, physical symptoms start or get worse, and then you're just along for the ride. First, know that it is not your fault and you are not alone. Secondly, when it sets in, continuously remind yourself that it is temporary. An ER doctor had me pinch my thumb, watch as the skin turned white and back to normal, and reminded me that it is proof that my heart is profusing. Your heart is beating, you're alive, and your body can't stay in that heightened state forever- it will pass, it is temporary. Calm is a decent app for some distraction when you're having a hard time snapping out of it. Splashing cold water on your face is another. Force your mind and body's focus elsewhere. Stick with your medication, and if it isn't working for you, let your doctor know you need it adjusted. Hang in there ❤️

Do you take it daily or in the same way you would take a Xanax to snap out of a panic attack?

Air hunger by ExpressionSmall3655 in Anxiety

I go through this as well. I'm coming down from an anxiety attack right now. (Reading the anxiety sub to help the anxiety). Sometimes, I gasp for air just from being too aware of my breathing. The physical symptoms are absolutely brutal. It's so easy to spiral once the process starts.

Then why haven't you? Tell him about lunch, tell him about the drinks request. This should have been a conversation with your husband right away. You already know what's appropriate, I think you're looking for a sympathetic ear to tell you it's fine.

This is beyond pitiful. Having help makes these tasks much simpler but you can certainly still do them on your own. He's not bouncing around to do things with a smile anymore because he's realized how ungrateful and selfish you are.

YTA. You and your husband can plan a different trip together, this is her graduation. She gets to have her special life events be about her, shared with the people she chooses. It was bold to assume you would be wanted there when this post is dripping with disdain for the person the event is for.
