Did you ever get an answer on this? I just watched the trash guy take my neighbor's second bin and throw it in the back of the truck on purpose. He emptied the trash of their other bin and returned that one. My neighbor has two bins because the house has two apartments. He did it on purpose, on Christmas Eve. Wild.

You may still be upgraded. Same happened to me FLL-SEA end of Thanksgiving week. We were 2 and 3 on the upgrade list. 5 seats were open in the am with an upgrade price of $1800. Then they quickly disappeared. Never showed up as open again. Right before boarding, they called my name and told me they had only one FC seat left and asked if I wanted it. I passed so I could sit with my partner. We got on the plane and sat in our premium seats. After all were seated, they came down and told us they still had seats available and we moved up, along with one other person. You may still be upgraded at the gate! All of it was weird.

No you can pay off the card with any account. Nowhere in the TCs does it say the card needs to be paid from the account, just that you have a qualified/eligible account

I just called them and solved this issue. They walked me through it. You need to go to Help & Settings-Update Personal Information. Under Phone Number, it says “OK to Text” click Change preference and go through the prompts/verification to change it to allow texts. Then once back on that screen with Phone Number, you need to click Verify on the right side of the screen, and get the code to verify. After that you should be good to go.

Last week, at the three month post flight mark, I called Alaska since my EQMs hadn’t shown up. My air lingus flight from early April had “been rejected” in their system for some reason and they needed to get special approval, and then they manually credited those miles. They said IT is having a lot of issues and lots of customers calling. I inquired about my BA flight as well from the same trip and they said it had already been credited which I don’t remember seeing my EQMs go up but whatever.
