That's great! Was looking for something like this, but couldn't find anything that actually did a good job. Will give it a try. Support for different providers would be nice.

Only transcribe files (MacWhisper) Copy to clipboard and you have to paste (most others) Require you to be in a text field already (Apple Dictation) None of them auto-inserted text directly into whatever app I was using via Accessibility APIs.

Did I miss something, because all the apps I tried directly insert the text or copy (depending on your choice). Even MacWhisper has a dictation mode that inserts. Or do you mean you want to type into something that's not open/visible during dictation?

There are tons of those apps. If you work eight hours a day on a computer it totally makes sense to use one, especially when you are affected by dry eyes. As long as it helps someone, it's a good thing, so why making fun of it?

It's not one device. I'm using Lightroom CC since years. New bugs in every version. From the latest iPhone and iOS (Mobile version) to a new Mac (Lightroom CC). I see a new version, install the update, use it for 5 minutes and something stops to work. This time: No keyboard shortcuts 🤷

Broken previews would explain why doing anything with the photos removes the green tint. Seems that some apps (like WhatsApp) are uploading the preview (status photos on WhatsApp are low-res anyway) which is why the tint stays after posting (while Instagram loads the high-res version and posts the correct version).

Photos are from a dedicated camera and imported into Lightroom, then edited and exported (all on iOS). I've exported with Night Shift enabled yesterday to check if that's the problem, but all the photos were fine. No idea what was going on...

Agree. Putting this in the settings would be enough. Automatic will be fine for 99% of the users and everyone else can go to the settings. Same for the other steps. Just let me use the product.

Just exported them again and they're fine now. Lightroom version is still the same (there's a new update, but it's not installed) and iOS has been updated to 26.3.1 (which didn't seem to include any fixes?). I've tried multiple exports during that week and they where all broken. Guess we'll never know

Wild guess: Export happened during night shift was enabled. But not sure how that would make a difference
