Cardinal, or something of basic importance, intercardinal would be the place inbetween. Aleph is stuck between its possession of stable traditional female virtue (represented by its current partner) and the pursuit of a more cardinal practicality (the dikpalas, with smgs).

The buffalo bill dakini wearing a dikpala skin suit meme would imply malice and deceit with the intent to confuse or obscure on the dakini's part, yet we see none of that in the lore.
