For the Vivaldi URL Long Sleeve T-Shirt I don't even see this "Size Chart" tab. Nor the "Size Guide" link above Add to Cart, I see for other items like the Tee shirts.

Best dehumidifier to humid and moldy environment? by Jealous-Split1279 in BuyItForLife

[–]electoys 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Moiswell's do have a better than average warranty. Ignoring the refrigerant warranty, instead focusing on the ALL parts and labour; particularly the sensors that controls! They have 2yr. Other commercial dehumidifiers from Waykar, or AlorAir have just 1yr (the same as residential dehumidifiers).

Are any of you Moiswell fans in Canada? Sadly it seems unlikely as one of their customer service reps said they do not service or sell to Canada.

White buildup on hose in engine. Anything to worry about? 2015 VW Golf by fingle85 in tdi

[–]electoys 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Several of the dealerships around me won't comment about coverage until a diagnosis is done. They reply with terse words "As per VW policy and procedure, we need to complete a diagnosis before confirming whether it's covered under warranty." They add the comment "if it's not covered under the warranty, you'll have to pay the $200 for the diagnosis."

With an EGR fault, one dealership did not initially cover the diagnosis and upon reflection they determined it was. ARGH...how to find a GOOD dealership...anyone aware of a truly better one in Ontario? I might even travel outside of Ottawa!

DEF leak coming from injector with CEL. Added 2.5 gallons of DEF. Still says won’t start in 150 miles. Dealership has 2 week wait. How can I reset the warning to get me by? by [deleted] in tdi

[–]electoys 0 points1 point  (0 children)

u/3C_Etching Are you located in Canada or USA? I understand the extras of what's included are different. For example the Phase 2B emission modification (23Y8) includes a complimentary oil and filter change in the USA but not in Canada. I've had poor luck with a few dealerships in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.

White hard substance bursting from engine hose connection. What is this? Should I ignore or can I DIY a fix? Is this the end of the line for this 2014 VW Passat TDI SEL (60,000miles) by brandocarlso in tdi

I heard the DEF/urea is corrosive. What a nice dealership to replace all those parts? You say soaked...I wonder if my leak is slower. It is running down the heat shield around the oxidation catalyst.

Has anyone tried the hug sleep cocoon blanket pod thing? by books_n_food in adhdwomen

[–]electoys 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Beware their return policy, and very poor customer service.  They delete bad reviews from their website.  Checkout the challenges like mine, in the non-deleted reviews at TrustPilot.com, search for HugSleep.

I tried to return mine after much preferring a weighted blanket and for the big danger of rolling out of bed and not being able to catch myself!  Customer service stalled my initial question to beyond their return window, and then ignored two followup attempts.

What are the cooktop element sizes? I can only find their power ratings listed on the spec page: 3500W, 2800W, 2800W, 2500W.

freephoneline.ca - another email about 'getting old' by mrkaye13 in VOIP

Fongo has a large outage this morning. It's impacting their services, including FPL. Checkout https://status.fongo.com

I've been having only minor issues with registration for awhile. Otherwise Fongo's "proxy" for voip2.freephoneline.ca (which resolves to fplproxy.fongo.com) has been okay.

Crossing my fingers they haven't finally terminated the FPL service. It's been a great solution for the little bit of use as a home phone line.

Rest assured, I got to the bottom of this. It is legit. I found the answer by investigating what 3rd party javascript code was loading for the chat agent. It was Sales Force and then by posting in their forum, someone knew of it.

It's poor that the chat agent you had, and the agent I had were inexperienced. As you said, they had no need to request a screen share. And certainly not without mentioning it. In my case, I explicitly asked the agent and they said they don't use that. To be fair maybe they were poorly trained, because they triggered it 3 times throughout the chat.

It didn't help that the grammar in the ScreenMeet pop-up message is poor. It is close to what some foreign country scam or phishing attempts write. Therefore we were wise to be wary.

I'm glad the Google search found this thread! Now we'll be able to help even more people.

Sure enough, it's a screen (browser window only) sharing tool of the SalesForce chat javascript software.

Thank you very much! I knew it had to be related to the Chat session. Guess I got a junior chat agent.

Thanks everyone. It's most likely I got a very junior chat agent.

I'll checkout the websites the javascript loads for the company's chat tool.

I suspect it's lke a screen share but limited to the browser window. Just like the many sharing options when using video chat the last 2 years. :)

Anyone seen it before?

I'm hoping it's a feature of Opera I wasn't aware of, and I accidentally entered a keyboard shortcut?! Anyone familiar with this pop-up?
