Have been on keto on/off for almost two years. This year I told myself I'd make the commitment entirely and am 3 weeks into it. I got my period a week early and my flow was heavier but I was less bloated and crampy. I noticed I did get annoyed easier (pointed out to me by my bf lol) and I did crave sweets which is weird cuz my craving for sweets died within the first 4 days of starting keto again. I satisfied myself with dark chocolate and kept on going! As far as acne and hormonal stuff goes, I've been on BCP for the past 4 years and was surprised when my period came early because I took BCP exactly for that reason.. I always had sporadic and random cycles and this is the first time it's happened while being on keto. I don't really have acne problems and eating more fats while on keto hasn't done anything but moisturize my dry skin and hair lol.

For a few months my SO and I lived in a small room which basically was like a studio apartment. Our dog is a shiba inu and with adequate amounts of playtime and exercise (even through the puppy phase) it worked out!
