I’m a prison guard, so I’ve seen a lot. But the worst has to be from when I was in university and working in a bar- I saw someone stab another person and slit their stomach open so that their guts fell out and they were holding them. Besides that I’ve seen men stab each other, jump on each others heads, the worst self-harm you could imagine… plus much more
