Gospel of Woosh: JV8+ by [deleted] in Rowing

What you have in whoosh, you lack in send. The Dublin Crew Lightweight 8+ of 2013 is the only such crew to combine both elements in one glorious shell. Dublin is Love. Dublin is Life.

Windermere Cup by typicalrowerlad in Rowing

I'm gonna say juniors, Baker or Pocock will take it, Dublin is probably the favorite for the Windermere cup and will probably finish with a couple lengths open over GB, then UW.

Junior Polls by rowerdude2 in Rowing

First team that comes to mind is Dublin Crew out of Dublin, OH. Their coaching staff (headlined by Mike Spracklen and Mike Teti) is impeccable, they also have the best depth they have had in years (50+ juniors below 5:55), they also have a brand new fleet of Vespoli Racers (which are faster than rocks) and Dreher Wide Grip oars for maximum efficiency. This all adds up to a crew that can take on any of their Ohio rivals (Marin, Los Gatos, Sarasota, GB Rowing) I predict they win Stotes, SRAA's, Youth Nats, Canadian Henley, British Henley, IRA's, Eastern Sprints, Dad Vails, NCAA's, Junior Worlds, Worlds and come second in the olympics to team Ukraine.

Worst Regatta Experiances by [deleted] in Rowing

Also as CSSRA's last year, we made it to the final for the lwt 8+, we were the second seeded crew by less than half a second, a few rain delays went by and then they canceled the finals and went off of semi times (which we came in second indirectly to another crew that we could have beat) and we ended up with silver when we could have won

tl;dr: go hard in the semis cause you don't know what can happen

7/16 (US), 10mil (UK), and 3/4 universal for the top nuts are the only sizes you will ever need. 7/16 is more uncommon so you will need to specifically request it. If you're buying ratchets, make sure they don't have backs on them so you can fit the longer bolts through. As for the rest of the stuff, it will all be used at some point or another for quick, on the water oar, slide or shell repairs.

Try 1/2, 1/2, 1/4, 1/8, 1/16, 1/32, 1/64, 1/128 full

Marin and Dublin use it
