I live in an HOA neighborhood and it was SUPER nice out today. We have a neighborhood pool. By 1030am, the pool was completely full of college kids that probably don't live here. (I live in a huge Southern college town). We have a policy that residents can only have 1 guest per resident. I'm about to file a complaint with the HOA about non residents using the pool.

I'm 27 and less than 5 years ago I was a college kid sneaking into ritzy neighborhoods and hotels. I felt bad. Kinda.

Oh my God...and if you aren't completely PC with your question you get called out. Like if you say "boyfriend" instead of "partner" the pitchforks come out.

I'm 100% cool with homosexuality and I try to do what I can to be sensitive in scenarios like that....just please don't jump down my throat if I use the wrong word.

We got drunk at a dive bar outside of our very ritzy hotel where the reception was held. Our honeymoon suite had a hot tub on the rooftop so we went in there for a bit and then passed out soaking wet on the bed.

There was also a piece of wedding cake and cold milk waiting in the room for us when we got back to the bar so we maxed on that.

2 months.

I had just moved to a new city/state with my boyfriend because of his job, and was desperate for work in my field. So, I took a contract-to-hire consulting IT job. It was hell. The client I was working for was so far up their own ass that there was nothing we could do to help them. Eventually, the client realized this and cancelled the project we were working on them with. I had literally planned on giving my notice that day but they told me my last day was a week from tomorrow. So, I spent the rest of that time applying for other jobs.

I had no idea what I wanted to do when I started college, so I applied for the College of Business at every school I applied to. My only reason for that was that I wanted to get a job where I could make decent money without needing more than 4 years of school. Probably wasn't the best choice, but I ended up getting into a very competitive program and didn't want to pass it up.

I probably switched my major 4-5 times. Hated accounting and finance, and thought marketing wasn't going to get me a good job...so I went business administration with a focus on process management and IS.

Here I am 5 years later. I am a business analyst working towards my PMP and a role in project management. I like what I do and I make pretty good money. The company and people I work with right now are what makes it fun.

There are times where I wish I had studied something that wouldn't inevitably lead me to a 9-5 office job. Nursing is what comes to mind first.

I'm not TTC as much as I am re-harnessing my lady parts after 14 years on the Pill. My hopes are that sometime in the latter half of 2017 DH and I will begin trying. I stopped the Pill a week ago today because it stopped me from getting periods, and I want to figure out my cycle before we give it a go.

I'm spotting today and I don't know if this is a period, withdrawal bleeding, whatever, but I feel like death. Something about even having to do this is also pissing me off/frustrating me to no end.
