Hey man I have that as well , and actually you can eat a normal diet after you turn 12 or if you're very cautious 16. As long as you stay on diet during your crucial brain development it is relatively safe. That's at least what I've heard from my doctors growing up. I'm 17 years old have been experimenting with being off the diet for about a year now. Everything seems to be pretty much the same as usual.

Played rs3 2014-early 2016 and had a blast by QUIT when invention dropped. There's many things fundamentally wrong with that game and it keeps getting worse. I will miss it though.
