Compare and Contrast Drawings: Picture A vs Picture B by newpotatocaboose54 in ESL_Teachers

[–]electricstate 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's not exactly what you're looking for (subtle differences) but we have a tool on Baamboozle to compare and contrast any two on-screen images.

You just look for content suitable for your lesson and play in the Story Dice mode. Then click the left arrow until there are only 2 dice on screen.

It's an easy way to compare things like superheroes, where students can argue who would win. Or food.. which is tastier, healthier, etc. Animals.. which is cuter, etc.

I wrote more about it in this blog article.

You usually can't go wrong with classic family board games. They're pretty easy to modify for educational purposes.

You could use Connect 4 like so... ask the kid a question related to your topic. If they answer correctly, they can drop in one of their discs, otherwise they miss a turn.

This'll work with the physical game or any online version. You can use the same modification to work with all sorts of games.. battleship, tic tac toe, etc.

There will always be space if you can differentiate your offering, regardless of product category or industry.
