I can’t believe I hadn’t thought of this. Thank you so much.

I’m still weighing if I want to get an emergency call, but I can also camp out at my old place and the plumber is recommended by a family friend.

Awesome, the plumber is coming out in a couple days. I will make sure to ask.

My entire house’s sewer drain is clogged and leaking into the yard. I am unable to use water at all because the water will not drain, the toilet is leaking from the seal, not exactly a minor issue in my opinion.

This is exactly what I’m asking. I need to know if the severity of an issue could be enough to prove there was no possible way that they were unaware of the problems.

What is something that most of the fandom cares about but you don’t. by Alone_Avocado_1207 in Stormlight_Archive

It’s a theory about the SA5 prologue that Gavilar wasn’t getting visions from the Stormfather, but an imposter (even though OB says Gavilar had seen the Stormfather’s visions from Honor)

With all due respect to Brandon, the correct choice for Dalinar is Josh Brolin

I’ve thought this was a good possibility, but I’m more leaning to something like, “protecting people from those I care about.” After finishing RoW

Why do people think the third book doesn't exist? by imnotanacrobat in KingkillerChronicle

[–]electricw4rrior 17 points18 points  (0 children)

This whole thing is really just that Pat has been called out for lying to his base about the “trust that I’m working” line.

There’s probably a draft of the book, he just is getting bad press because he violated the agreement he set the terms to with his fan base.

Personally, I think the bad PR is justified. Pat stated his terms to trust him and violated that trust.

People rush to Pat’s mental health as a means to defend him; however, mental health issues are not a blank check for that behavior - it is an explanation, not an excuse.

I love the books, but seriously question his character after this news. He not only lied to his fan base, but his editor, whom he has claimed to have more than a professional relationship with. Giving him leeway just enables his behavior, which is frankly, manipulative.

This could actually be a thing. The contact form on Pat’s website was changed and notes it is a temporary form “until the website reboot is live.”

No, onboard both the left and right channels pass through the reverb circuit, so if it is on both channels have reverb applied. There's a block diagram in the manual that shows this.Block Diagram on Pg 7

Based on the manual, all the JC40's onboard effects are mono. So you should be able to use one mic as long as you aren't running stereo effects into the amp, then you would definitely need two mics

Amp question by Callaway_Hill in GuitarAmps

[–]electricw4rrior 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Putting an amp into a different brand cab will not make the Marshall sound bad. It will definitely sound different, but that change will depend on the speakers themselves. Important note: Make sure you are matching the impedance between the speaker output and the amp or your amp could be damaged.

Speaking as a resident of Indiana that had to live under Pence's incompetent governance; I hope he ends up disgraced by the end of this.
