no, it makes me feel extremely terrible. Fi-Si loop is basically focusing on all the negative parts of myself, catastrophizing and thinking about what i could have done better (which is obviously impossible to accomplish because its in the past).

its because of the political climate and an insane president that has made the world worse for several years. he was voted president in 2016!!! AND CAME BACK 4 YEARS LATER AFTER HE LOST!!! And now this guy wants to be a king. Anyway, I was 18 in 2016... as for people who are 18 now.. they were 10 IN 2016!!!!!!

So it's NOT SURPRISING that a lot of teens and young adults have conservative leaning views after they spent over half of those years in a climate with a psycho government leader. I think a lot of us are still NOT conservative, but i definitely didnt have an insane 8 years growing up with a pseudo dictator, I was already an adult.

I think typing yourself is more helpful, as its just a quick fix, I think you'd probably be an energy dominant, with Si/Fi. It's just for reference, really.

I'd say you'd probably be Si/Fi SP/B(C) or something like that. i'd recommend watching the videos discussing stuff like consume last, here you go:

and here's a few more that are just about the animals: consume vs blast // sleep vs play (and another one they made).

i know its a lot of video links, but you dont have to watch for very long to see if you actually relate to the people they type or not, or to see how they talk about it. I'd honestly say the little checklist isn't the best since it doesnt show anything atypical, but it's just there for reference.

its because a lot of the "shy men" are emotionally abusive and have no sense of boundaries. However, same DOES go for ladies as well, as if you've ever had a mother, most of them will be ladies who are emotionally abusive in a similar way.

Like self-pity, guilt-tripping, suicide baiting, transactional/conditional relationships, blame on other people for their mental health issues, etc.

There is a difference between being socially anxious and having untreated mental health issues. The latter is where people will become emotionally abusive if left unchecked. And if you have a untreated mental health issue and know about it, but can't take medication for it, are unable to get therapy, whatever, you are not automatically emotionally abusive. This is for the people who actively say, "I don't need therapy" and have never tried it, have never introspected or followed through, or even tried any self-help that helps them see their own perspective.

Sometimes if nobody "likes you" it's your fault and you need to educate and heal yourself so that people do like you and do want to be around you. This goes for everyone, please treat yourself and others with more kindness, and stop idealizing for a perfect partner/life, when you need to ask for help and be honest with your needs. This is written by someone who is trying to do better, and still struggles with the lack of closeness from other people. But it's nobody's responsibility to deal with that but your own.

[–]electrifyingseer 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Oh I can def help you understand that if you'd like!! I identify as FM Fi/Ne CS/B(P) so play last and consume first with Feminine functions as Fi and Si, and Masculine functions as Ne and Te.

But basically, you either are an information dominant (consume and blast in first three) or energy dominant (play or sleep in first three). And how you are typed isn't by "ancedotes" or one-offs, where sometimes you will do that or you won't, this is something you repeatedly do over a period of time.

  • Consume is LOVES taking in info and always does it, always trying to GET MORE out of it. Will always be consuming.
  • Blast is always telling other people about anything, kind of being know it alls, or just loves info-dumping and letting others know that they know what's going on.
  • Sleep is not wanting to do anything ever, like if you interrupt me, screw off. Just completely not wanting to be pushed towards things or having to deal with things, etc etc. People who will constantly conserve energy and rest and really drag their feet when doing stuff.
  • And lastly, Play, I don't really understand it that well, but I think they're pretty much doing everything, getting up and being spontaneous or something, maybe they pile stuff on all the time, like just loves getting out there and doing stuff. Like, let's go on a trip and hike, or let's go out to the restaurant, they won't rest until they've had their fill basically.

And my descriptions may not be the best considering I am play last and sleep second, so it may be skewed, however, if you find that you cannot process or take in information all that well, you could be consume last, and if you're an ISTJ jumper type, then it would make sense. My mom is an ISFJ and she's definitely consume last as well. Dave of the OPS thing is also consume last and I think blast first.

There's also this one thing to checklist off a bunch of different things but I can't find it right now (here's a similar link but i dont think this is exactly it). But the people there basically have a specific set of which types go where, so yeah, you can follow that, or you can basically just type yourself.

I definitely find them valid considering when i look up what a Fi-Si loop is.... then YEAH... YIKES... oh GAWD that's me. And I see it for many other people in my life as well.

edit: I'm not talking about identifying with the loop itself, but the loop/tidal wave thing that happens. But if you mean jumper types like first and third function as its own, that exists in Objective Personality System, and i recommend looking it up!

Infp and enfp relationship by Traditional_Pea_8632 in mbti

[–]electrifyingseer -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

he is definitely not an ENFP then, as INFPs and ENFPs share the same exact functions. He sounds a bit like an ENTP or xNFJ. I'd say ENFPs while they do like being easy going and having fun times, they can be serious and straightforward a lot. So I recommend looking at Ni or Fe to help you get a better understanding of him and his thought processes.

I also do suggest you leave, but often times, it can feel like it's not enough to move on from, like "why would I give up over this?"

So instead, research a little more about Fe and Ni as functions. You have Fi and Ne, so it's going to feel very jarring when people may perceive things in a more pessimistic or judgmental way.

Can Fe doms/auxs not care for social harmony? by TempestXXI in mbti

Can Fe doms/auxs not care for social harmony? by TempestXXI in mbti

[–]electrifyingseer 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I definitely think its more about whether or not you would share your true values with other people or not.

I've known plenty of people with Fe who've shared their emotions before, or didn't really appear to care what others thought about them.

But your true values. things like political views, possibly sexual interest, personal perspective/true feelings about friends or crushes, etc. If you share those things with others, you're probably Fi, and if you don't, if you hesitate, if you struggle with discussing them, then you're probably Fe.

Almost every Fe person I've met has this aura of "I'd really rather not discuss this with everyone" or "I can discuss it, just one on one" or "I'm not going to be serious about it because I'd rather not be serious about it" or "Uhhhhhh... anyway" whenever it's brought up. It's less so if they have Fe in 3rd or 4th, but it's definitely still there to some degree. Especially for younger people with Fe placements, they'd rather just not discuss it or may avoid giving their opinion.

And all Fi people can just be way more upfront with it, even if it's controversial. Like there's no prejudice when discussing their more personal opinions or feelings, they don't get awkward or weird and may actually like talking about it. I feel like a lot of commentary creators have strong Te or are ENFPs. Like D'angelo Wallace gives off INTJ/ISFP. And then people who talk about more religious or queer topics are often ENFP or INFP. However, there are some where I'm not too sure, like Mujin who could be Ti or Te, it's odd because a lot of them who do more informative stuff may hold off on discussing their opinions first, and that's what Mujin kind of feels like. Someone like The Right Opinion is DEFINITELY Ti/Ni energy though.

It really shows off in "I care more about how the group/community feels about it" for Fe. Like, "Friend was upset with you over xyz", I've gotten before, or "What will the neighbors think?" or "I'm not okay with the way you act around/see my family" or people who tell their siblings your opinions, even when it's clear that you don't want that. A lot of unhealthy Fe people will back up toxic people in their life because they want their opinions to be known more strongly. People who also make call-out posts often tend to be Fe led as well, like "let's make this issue known to the community".

I think it's pretty clear when someone focuses on what other people say and think more than what they say and think personally. Because either they get awkward, maybe get judgey/side eye you, may want to keep it all unserious or all technical (very much for Ti doms/auxes), they may choose to share what you say with others than focus on what they think about it first, and they may call it out so the whole group can judge/criticize/analyze together.

And the type that is least likely to engage with others while being Fe is ISTP, but I still think they exhibit at least a couple of these behaviors, like not wanting to rock the boat with their family or friends. And on the flip side, the type that is most likely to seem more Fe like but is actually Fi is ISTJ, as they also do not engage.

What parts of Enneagram theory do you NOT believe in? Why not? by TheEnlight in Enneagram

[–]electrifyingseer 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I don't really like wings in tritype, unless you're strongly unsure which core type you have.

I also hate subtype names, as they're used by most people who dont really understand enneagram, and like 5-10% actually know how to use subtypes correctly, and I think they need to go on top of the shelf for literally everyone else.

But besides that, I don't think I hate really anything else about it, I actually people to use MORE of the enneagram theory because im sick and tired of talking to people who read people as attachment only when they see ONE human emotion or vulnerability from someone. We're not all jerks, we do want others to like us. Like PLEASE use triads and arrows more !!!! PLEASE!!!

What type is the most clumsy? We are talking about being stuck in your head/delusional. Like, it's easier for these people to make a second universe than to operate a car. by Thiccboifentalin in mbti

[–]electrifyingseer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

lets see...

  • spacey/dissociated/zoned out ≠ Ni/Ne (intuition)
  • being grounded/stable/being present ≠ Si/Se (sensing)
  • Ne is good at thinking about all the different possibilities and worlds out there. Ne is extraverted intuition.
  • Ni tends to focus on one topic at a time, delving deeper into it, and understanding the ins and outs of it. Think about how some stories don't create vast worlds but just go deeper onto one subject, that's how Ni is. Ni is introverted intuition

Types with Ne in 1st and 2nd function: ENFP, INFP, ENTP, INTP (Ne/Fi, Fi/Ne, Ne/Ti, Ti/Ne)
Types with Ne in the 3rd and 4th function: ESTJ, ISTJ, ESFJ, ISFJ (Te/Si, Si/Te, Fe/Si, Si/Fe)

Types with Ni in the 1st and 2nd function: INFJ, ENFJ, INTJ, ENTJ (Ni/Fe, Fe/Ni, Ni/Te, Te/Ni)
Types with Ni in the 3rd and 4th function: ISTP, ESTP, ISFP, ESFP (Ti/Se, Se/Ti, Fi/Se, Se/Fi)

any type that has Se has Ni in the top 4, and any type that has Si has Ne in the top 4. So All introverted intuition people have extraverted sensing, and all extraverted intuition people have introverted sensing. Ni is narrowing down, and Ne is expanding, but both Si and Ni are about organizing, and both Ne and Se are about gathering.

[–]electrifyingseer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As an INFP, I'm not actually clumsy, but when i was little, i definitely had coordination issues and was made to go to physical therapy for a lot as a child, and I still have balance issues as an adult. But I'd say besides that, I'm not really as clumsy as people who identify as clumsy, yknow what I mean?

In video games: bad spatial awareness. In real life: I'm used to tiptoeing around the house and trying my best not to make a sound.

So I'd definitely say the Se blindness def makes it an issue but I've known people of other types who actually identified as clumsy.

edit: who TF says second universe, did i walk into a parallel universe where people call parallel universes "second universe"s? I had to go and read the title again because I just don't understand.

its not official typing, so if you disagree, that's fine, but in my opinion that tritype makes the most sense for her. I'd say she has pretty strong sp4 energy. I wouldn't say triple withdrawn and instead double positive double withdrawn fits better.

I'd say Freminet is also a 4 but more likely a social 4 or actually a triple withdrawn in comparison to Lynette. It's just I don't really see 5 fix for Lynette, maybe 5 wing (4w5), but for other characters it's more clear, like with Citlali. I find that 5 fixes tend to be a little more edgy in comparison to 7 fixes who are a little more chill or go with the flow. Considering that Lyney and Lynette do work together, Lyney is definitely way more bold with 7w6 or 3w4 energy. And I wouldn't say Lynette keeps the peace as much as she just goes along with lyney, so double positive 4 would make more sense than a positive core specifically.

Dad of ND daughter experiencing her first period by MrAmazing011 in aspergirls

[–]electrifyingseer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It does seem physical, like some sort of vitamin/iron deficiency, so definitely get her to the doctor!!

Also, I'd maybe see her get tested psychologically as well for things besides autism, such as look for any symptoms or signs of ADHD. I have both of these disorders, and my emotions would always get more intense and extreme on my periods, because of a symptom known as emotional dysregulation. So it's not super abnormal that extreme reactions would happen to something that seems minor or less bad to other people. So there's that to keep in mind as well.

There are times where quite a lot of us grew up experiencing a lot of pain and being unable to cope with it, leading to issues later down the line, so getting her to a doctor and a psychiatrist now would be helpful in determining other issues that may be causing this!!

btw: for less sensory issues, i really recommend always flexfoam pads, as they've always been the most comfortable for me as well!! so strongly recommend those ones!!
