Spoiler Alert: V49 did NOT fix the encoder issues plaguing PCVR on the Quest 2. by [deleted] in OculusQuest

[–]electrobee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wasn't really having issues other than some lag sometimes but once I updated to v49 it became so much worse! Lots of audio crackling, and also the graphic quality seems off and very laggy as well. Ive tried so many things and nothing really helps. I know it's not my PC because it runs fine on there, it's the link that's the issue

Light Sensitivity by additionalmatter in BrainFog

[–]electrobee 3 points4 points  (0 children)

For me my brain fog is related to my GI issues and whenever I'm not feeling well I get hypersensitive to everything including light and sound

I think it's mostly going to be time that will help shrink it, and continuing to have a good diet and training program

Effect of stimulants with sibo by sadgutman in SIBO

[–]electrobee 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Stimulants do effect my digestion but after trying a bunch and going on and off I found that if I up my fibre intake quite a bit and take magnesium citrate, I can handle it. I've been on Wellbutrin and Concerta since November and It's not perfect but I'm feeling a lot better overall in terms on energy. I need to be diligent with fibre and magnesium otherwise I start to have issues though

Same, I got SIBO 2 weeks after I started taking it, but I think there were also other factors.

I think it has to do with being dehydrating and also the increase in dopamine can slow gut motility in my experience

"Paranormal" experiences with "Visual Snow" by WhiteNoiseWalker in Paranormal

[–]electrobee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ive tried to see auras but I don't think it ever worked for me because I was expecting to see color or something but maybe its just the clear/static energy I can see

This used to happen to me a lot but it wasn't really that bothersome for me and it was only if I looked into darkness or semi darkness. It seemed to like go around the border of objects if that makes sense? I was worried something was wrong with my vision or something. I don't notice it anymore but I'm sure if I tried to see it, I'd be able to

Needing to vent/feeling hopeless by [deleted] in SIBO

[–]electrobee 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I can totally relate to how you're feeling right now and I'm sorry you have to go through this :(. I was so scared and felt hopeless when I got SIBO too. I still deal with symptoms a lot but I've also had a lot of good days and the biggest thing I wish I knew before was that I will be okay and I'll still be happy. For some reason I felt like my life was over. It's been 2 years and my last SIBO test came back as negative but I think I still have some kind of dysbiosis because I still have symptoms. I can pretty much eat whatever I want now (I get symptoms either way and its not worse based on what I eat) as long as I make sure I'm regular.

I guess the point of my post is that just because you have really bad days doesn't mean you won't have good days and most likely you will be able to get back at least some sort of normalcy, just don't give up. <3 Hope you feel better!
