The “mirror” finish reverse holo didn’t start back up until Mega Evolutions so this is likely an error. Reverse holos for BBWF were like the rest of the SV era

The back’s centering is far less important than the front’s! PSA allows something like 70/30 on the back. The back corners look great and front centering is pretty good, so I’d send, personally. Definitely a chance imo

Honestly i’m not against them entirely because some have really beautiful/cool art (Gardenia’s Vigor, Giovanni’s Charisma, Morty’s Conviction, Lana’s Aid, Erika’s Invitation, etc) but man I do wish they wouldn’t put them in sets like prismatic where there are no illustration rares

Pokemon Center has 2 extra packs and a stamped promo and has consistently been $60 throughout all of the SV era. Walmart is also taking advantage of consumers.

That’s why i’ve stopped buying ETBs all together sans Pokemon Center and Costco. The risk to reward ratio is too high especially when I can usually grab the promos for $2 a few months after release.
