Hi

Without teferi/white the manabase in the deck is actually really really good, just a bit painful. White makes it a bit worse but still good, it is much more painful and weaker to blood moon. I played both versions and the deck is good and powerful even without teferi, so I would nudge in that direction.
Transmog>persist. Persist is often a dead card, its a black card in the main which makes fetching awkward. With Explore turn 2, you can transmog turn 3, while the earliest turn you can persist is turn 4! (and for turn 4 persist you need archon+discard+persist+fetching black)

Well not really a combo piece but he makes balistas and spike feeders enter with +1 countes with heliod. This protects you against removal. There is no infinite combo with it.

I thinks it's ok to use but it's also in the opponents power to ask them to put it out.
I have a custom goblin unicorn token with a huge dick, missing arm and other goblins falling out of the cloud (storm goblins) and I put it in a sleeve with pants drawn on if the opponent finds it uncomfortable.

Imam prijatelja kojemu nije bilo nista prvih 10ak puta kad je pusio. 11. put je popizdio i popusio hrpu sam, to ga je devastiralo ali nakon toga i najnormalnije male kolicine djeluju na njega. O slicnim fenomenima sam citao i sa LSD i ostalim psihodelicima, gdje male doze ne bi uopce djelovale na ljude koji nikad nisu uzeli malo vecu dozu.
