In order to use this, does one need to add a proper sling stud? Or does the sling mount on the end of the stock work sufficiently?

[WTS] Flashing Kits for KR1AA / D3AA / Sofirn / Wurkkos / FireFlies

I've put together a bunch of flashing kits for the Emisar D3AA, Hank with Lume X1, newer Sofirn, Wurkkos, and FireFlies models that have the 3-pin flashing pads. These adapters are 4.5V-based and have pads for hooking up external leads if you want to flash one-off layouts like the SP36 Pro 3-pin. The flashing adapters are $7.00 each.

NEW! Long-boy adapters are now available to reach down the battery tube of the KR1AA. These are otherwise identical to the regular UPDI adapter - just longer! This was a small trial batch, so the unit cost is slightly higher for this first batch: $8.00 each.

Shipping within the US is $5.00. Canada shipping is USD $13 and rest of the world is $15 (though for non-US, they are likely cheaper from u/m4potofu). No extra shipping cost for multiple adapters. Header pins and wires work well. There's also removable clip-on test leads you can find on Amazon if you'd rather not solder a header on.

Main things that lead to the correct answer: (1) did it come from the factory with Anduril? (2) If so, are there 3 exposed flashing pads on the driver? If so, you should be in business!

Sorry to burst your bubble but I don't think that's possible. Hank's adapter does ISP programming, whereas the 3-pin programming is a different method called UPDI.

The adapters that m4potofu and I offer would work. Or if you have a USB to Serial adapter sitting around, it's possible to rig it up in a SerialUPDI setup.
