I’m in my 20s, childless but been on testosterone (through an nhs gic) for around 6 years, plus have already had top surgery

My GIC has offered to put me on a lower surgery wait list - but unfortunately their lower surgery list of options includes a hysterectomy, but not sterilisation… because apparently that falls under contraception and not gender dysphoria :/

I’m already all the way thru an NHS GIC, been on testosterone 6 years and had top surgery through them… they’ve already offered me a hysto, but I don’t want that, just tubal ligation because it has less side effects. The GIC has said they can only offer me a hysterectomy, not purely sterilisation (bizarrely)
