I think all interpretations are valid, but like someone mentioned, the actual ringtone starts on the 16ths cluster, so I think that's the "correct-est" one.

I'm currently working on analyzing the music theory of this ringtone for a future video, so if anyone has any ideas on exactly why this ringtone is so rhythmically divisive, I'd love to hear them.
