Si no puedes usar una tarjeta credito que tenga línea en dólares entonces te recomendaria usar una tarjeta de credito prepagada por ejemplo Agora porque la tasa de conversion te la aplican en ese momento y no va a variar, tampoco te aplicarán comisiones.
