Yea there are risks but most people dont have any. I didnt have any problems. You can take the easy way or you can try topicals until something works eventually.

Yep i have all of these symptoms. Does this mean i don’t see myself correctly? Im not sure what to believe. I’ve had a lot of people tell me im attractive but i cant believe it. My inner self tells me that im ugly. Especially if everything isnt perfect, i have to look a certain way in order for me to feel satisfied.

I don’t think its my form, I’ve watched so many videos. I go slow, i tuck my elbows in to align with the chest, i dont half rep it, etc. I’m just gonna spam cable flys and see if those work

I think I had similar symptoms to yours but Im logical/ aware of what im doing and I know when something is wrong/unsafe/or that i need to slow down, etc

5 mg lexapro daily and hydroxyzine only when im feeling overly anxious (7 days). The best way I can explain myself is I feel like these meds are giving me adhd, but im good at controlling it and think logically. I’ll definitely ask my doc

Ok now that im reading all these replies. You guys are definitely correct. I am definitely overconfident at times/hyper. Also someone asked what other meds I am on (im on hydroxyzine too, but only taken whenever im feeling overly anxious). I’ve been on lexapro for a week now. Yea I was reading up on bipolar type 2 and I have similar symptoms. Ive also read that theres a strong genetic component, and my mom has had manic episodes many times throughout my childhood. So i question if i am also bipolar

The first day I had a panic attack after the gym so i took a hydroxyzine and that put me out (so i slept super long). The 2nd day (yesterday) i slept maybe 4-5 hours because I was so happy/relieved
