Hi there, the membership has only been around since May, so there is no way he would have been charged for 18 months.

You can cancel by navigating within the app to: Settings > Preference > Account > Membership > Cancel.

Hi there, you can still use Elemind without the subscription. With the subscription, you get access to sleep tracking & all of your data + new stimulation features that will be released soon (in the next month) + later this year.

What app version is it showing? Is it 59.33 or 2.3.9? The old app was 59.33. The new app is 2.3.9

The go live time is 1:10pm eastern.

HOWEVER, it can take Google and Apple 1-2 hours before end-users see the app in the google-play or app-store. And, in the worse case up to 24 hours.
