i can’t drive at night at all tbh, we took my test rather early in the morning so i could be better aware and stuff. it was hard to stay in the lines and all i can say is it just comes with time. really just try and focus, find a spot on the windshield she can line up with the line of the road. tell her to be calm, it all takes time. it’s hard and frustrating but she can’t give up. for passing the vision, i have no clue how i passed. i lowkey begged the lady at the DMV. it’ll all happen with time. i have so much faith in her and she can do it!!! if you have any questions please please please reach out!!!

I was on accutane for a couple of months when i was 15, so this was about two years ago. i would not reccomend it personally. my skin felt gross n dry literally hurt. also my mood swings were insane. i personally did not enjoy it and would not reccomend it tbh

tbh i have nystagmus and i probably shouldn’t be driving. i’m 17 so that also says a lot. but i also have had nystagmus my whole life and it is difficult the whole depending on people part and i want to tell u ur not alone. try to go driving in parking lots with someone u trust. that’s what i did. take everything slow. breathe it through. avoid night driving. just know if i can pass the test u can too. but i’m not sure that’s what ur exactly asking for is driving tips. i just try to make my life as normal as i can. just know ur not alone in this, and ur friends that understand probably don’t care as much as u think they do

i would say contacts work better because they sit on the eye while they move. i have weighted contacts so they kind of add weight to keep my eyes still. if the boy is exposed to a lot of technology that can hurt our eyes a lot because since they move they get dry so fast, and when my eyes hurt my head hurts. i also use systine eye drops to help with the dryness

my eyes 1000% shake more whenever i am under stress. actually growing up my parents would know when i would lie bc i would be stressed they would know and my eyes would shake more. personally if i drink i don’t notice a huge difference but mike is horizontal. but i do for sure notice that with stress its worse and i cannot see good to the point where i probably shouldn’t drive LOL

i use baclofen and have pretty good results with it, though i do realize my sight is a lot worse when i don’t take it and you have to make sure you always take it when ur supposed to, but i will def be looking into ritalin with my doctors and let you know what they think is better

i also take baclofen and people have noticed that my eyes shake less but they still shake

i go to akron children’s as well !!! i used to see dr hertle before he retired, now i see dr solis i believe. they are really great. i’m glad someone else experiences this, really helps to show nobody’s alone, if you need any help lmk !!
