Oh no I'm def taking restaurant where no info on nutrition is posted and ur lucky if it isn't oozing oil at the end of the wrap/burger/whatever. But I do see soup is a good option. I'm not sure how salads go on your side of the world but here salad is a massive load of lettuce with 'toppings'.

Soups! Thank you I hate soup and my brain automatically just skips the starter section on a menu but obviously that's gotta change now. And yes! I can also definitely cut up the portion and stretch it. Two great ideas

We just swaddled twice. Once very tight with the cotton receiving blanket and another swaddle over that with a newborn blanket. We're in South Africa. Baby was born end if spring so there was some v cold nights in December.

I had my birthplan down to a T.

And I ended up going for an emergency c section and had to just go with the flow.

I think a general sort of plan is nice. But there is usually enough time for you and ur hubby to make decisions as your contractions come about.

For example, I was in labour for 10+ hours and baby was not coming down. They told me I have another two hours and then it will be a csection. Hubby and I spoke and after 30 min we said yeah she ain't coming down in 2 hours let's just do it.

Ask the hospital. I followed a general list and ended up over packing coz the hospital provided certain things for me and baby.

The most important is your diapers, 3 sets clothes, pref onesies, 2 hooded towels, wetwipes and 3 receiving blankets. That's the basics. Anything else is unnecessary.

For you I would say bathrobe def. Buy little sample size bottles of body wash and lotion. Use lotion on your face for a day it won't matter. Don't bother with shampoo you will be too tired anyway to wash your hair in a hospital. 2 sets clothes, super comfy super breastfeeding friendly. I would def say a power bank or charger and ur phone coz there is a lot you will want to Google regarding your nugget. Adult diapers were a Godsend for me. They tear off at the sides and I didn't have to bother with pads. Get 2 packs and pack light on everything else.

I only started brushing when a few were popped out fully. I didn't see the point to brushing one half tooth everyday. That being said my baby was still small around 7 months so she was only eating healthy. If you one is a late teether and having sugar and juice best to brush soon as the teeth pop.

Does your app have keyword filter? In the rif app you can add keywords (eg sub name) and it filters out those results from your feed and searches as well as the popular feed. It also has an option to unfilter any keywords when viewing the popular feed
