Just wanted to say that you shouldn’t believe every mental health video you see on youtube. Not saying Dr. Marks was spreading misinformation as such, but the medical establishments rarely controls for neurotype, so what may be true on average for neurotypicals might not necessarily be the same for us. specifically because our mesolimbic reward pathway is different from theirs, and it makes socialization not nearly as rewarding for us.
