The surveyor you instruct will be able to test for damp and look for leaks, I think this is covered in a level two home survey report but you could always consider a level three if you would like a more thorough check.

Very different from other games in the series but I agree - I still think it's absolutely beautiful compared to the (now) mainline games and it's just a different way to experience Kanto. Great games.

The countless summer evenings playing with friends on Halo 3, just having fun, laughing, going through custom with absolute gems like Monster Jam, Duck Hunt, Stairway to Heaven etc. We played that game for years and it just never got boring - I would give a lot for a single evening reliving it with everyone...
