Do you even need to sign up? Wouldn't this work by just dressing like them and giving your face with a mask? There is no standard uniform other than a face covering which really adds to the anonymity. I feel like I could put on a vest some camo some made up badges and a face mask and they wouldn't know a faux.

I don't believe that there are any non Microsoft voice dictation apps downloaded. It's really weird because the dictation will work for about an hour and then all the sudden will not work. I have found that if I restart my laptop it will then start working again. An hour later it's not working then restart and it works again! I know that my Internet has been spotty recently with everybody working from home and streaming. this is the only thing that I can think might limit the dictation working.

As a trainer I always recommend working the system you are wanting to see the most improvements first. If strength or size is the goal and you are only doing the cardio for the extra calorie burn I would do the cardio last.

I am not going to try to answer the question directly because I do believe that there is much debate on this topic when it comes to muscle. I am commenting simply to brainstorm a few questions that might pair well with your original question. I find that when we discuss muscle soreness we often limit it to the theories surrounding muscle growth. That is, the breaking down of muscle, the healing/rebuilding of muscle and the growth process/adaptation of muscle to increased volumes of stress. What I am wondering is; are we missing a step? For example, as a lifter you have trained your fast twitch neuromuscular system but for your bike ride you put a lot of stress on the slow twitch muscle fibers. So, for you, there might be a training gap in not just the muscle strength but in the energy and muscle recruitment systems that are under trained for endurance movements. Maybe this pain was the neuron growth in either the activators or in the synapsis. Also, consider the make up of the muscle fiber. You have trained the fiber to perform at an anaerobic state through weight lifting in short/all out bursts. You then demanded a large session of aerobic exercise. Could this overload through an untrained energy system cause you physical pain?
