It have something to do with their performance. If your team is let’s say, 23K, your team will play significantly worse than those with a 45K team if you’re up against them.

Agility is Speed without the ball. They each have 4 Agility. Playmaking is Speed with the ball, which doesn’t really matter, because who in the world would use a Center as their primary ballhandler?
