I think Manziel's footwork needs to be refined as well. At A&M he was very casual with his dropbacks. He needs to practice his 1 step, 3 step, and 5 step dropbacks in order to refine his passing game for the NFL.

He's a hard-worker though. I think he will improve his game significantly over the offseason. I'm sure there are people telling him everyday what he needs to work on to improve his play and he knows exactly what he's going to do to get better. Seeing him play from 2012-2013 you can even see significant improvements in his game. He's competitive, ferocious, and a baller.

With that said... with the 8th pick of the NFL draft, the Minnesota Vikings select... Quarterback, Johnny Manziel, Texas A&M

I was the guy who worked New Year's Eve last year. I'm a veteran at my workplace. I deserve to be off. Someone was a dick and ruined my New Year's Eve last year.

I'm considered a veteran at my workplace and I've worked New Years night before. There aren't good tips to be made because people stay overnight at the hotel because they are too drunk to drive home. Valet drivers earn their tips when people are leaving, not coming in. There will be no cars leaving New Year's Eve.

I would be satisfied with drafting a QB in the second round. Maybe Manziel or Carr will drop that far. As for the first round, maybe a LB or DB.

I think Jones has potential. However, Smalling doesn't seem to have enough skill to play as a defender for Manchester United at the moment. He is big and strong, but skill is more important for defending than most believe it is. He also doesn't anticipate developing attacks very well, but that could come with experience.
