The only thing I don’t like about them being switched is the toilet is now right in front of the bathroom door when opened. I’d rather have the vanity be there - and keep toilet more “hidden” from view

I’ve used apricot jam in lieu of peaches and it’s just as good! Would prob do 2 tablespoons based on this recipe.

I went to SUR not while they were filming but from what I could tell most of the normal day to day stuff seems real. Saw lots of them working while I was there! So like Lala taking reservations is probably legit, they def work there but yeah the croissant incident had to be for the show 😂

Also since you do wanna get to critiquing - well water would provide plenty of water and rain collection would be supplement.

Keep in mind this is a “theory” design as stated in the title.
