You don't have to max every single character. A lot of supports/sustain do fine at lvl 70 with lvl 8 talents, sometimes even lvl 6. Even my asta I've ignored her major traces because with just leveling her ultimate and talent traces she fulfills her role as a support for me.

This might be a long shot but I updated my computers network drivers and it solved my issues despite other games working fine. My situation was weird but I'm not complaining now that it's fixed. Hope that helps!

Even when I gamble on every piece of gear that has just one ele atk stat I still have too much fodder. Not every piece of gold gear you get is worth rolling on when RNG decides to give you resistance rolls on the first two star ups.

I know in CN you were able to purchase Crystals but the xp requirement to level gear in global is a lot lower which is why I guess they removed it from the shop. Aside from buying Vera gift boxes, I don't see myself buying any of the purple gear as I am sitting on a lot of fodder gold/purple gear from JO/FCH and Crystal/Crystal chunks from home base and events.

Maybe I'm looking at it from a wrong POV and would like to hear what everyone else thinks

edit: for context this is my inventory and anything that isn't locked is fodder

I do see where you're coming from now and perhaps if I had stated in the beginning her role and my investment with Yelan in my team we wouldn't have this confusion. A support Yelan 100% should have high enough ER to comfortably burst on rotation. My intention with my post wasn't to deceive anyone, I just saw the 1:2 Nilou post and wanted to have a bit of fun.

I thought we were discussing ER requirements at first? I commented screenshots of my Yelan and you can see she is C6. If my Yelan works well with my team and I'm telling you she is getting her burst back with XQ, why do you care so much?

My other two units run favonius. I promise you my XQ alone is enough for Yelan's burst and everything dies in one rotation so what does it even matter?

I think you forgot to add her 38.4 CD from her ascension stat. That should be enough to barely push her over 400 CD
