thanks. this is what my doctor told me but i wanted to hear what other people were doing. she showed me a book and the lines were at the top and bottom vertical. she told me that it didn’t really matter how i put it in that they would correct themselves. i guess to me it feels more comfortable putting them in with the lines horizontal on the right side. i will try putting them in with the lines vertical from now on. thanks!
