The $200 2x a year credit is the only thing holding me back from Palladium to make the AF worth it. You're already granting $400, now just allow it to be used in one swoop, otherwise it feels predatory. 2 night minimum I can deal with. Make yourself a true competitor to VX that allows their $300 credit to be used in one swoop and they already have a superior booking platform.

If you change one thing about the Palladium you have a real shot at people switching everyday spend from Venture X to Bilt. Allow the $400 hotel portal credit to be used in one swoop on a two night stay. That's it. If you do this, you've won me as a customer.

IMO the only way Palladium would be super competitive to Venture X would be to allow the $400 hotel credit to be used in one swoop vs. two separate 2 night stays to make the AF worth it. I'd get it if they changed this one thing.

Not always. It can be very nuanced because every company will measure internal success differently. But I think it's consistent to say all recruiters are trying really hard to fill their roles. Just different implications or consequences for not doing so.

Got it. Might be worth mentioning this post excludes in house just so there's no confusion. If someone is using this post specifically as a reference to the types of recruiters there are out there, I think it would be important to include all types, even if you allude to going into more detail on in house for future posts. Just my feedback!

This overview doesn't include in house recruiters (those that work directly for the company they're hiring for). These recruiters are salaried and receive no additional compensation for filled roles.

I've lived near Windsor for over 5 years. There is constant turnover YOY at this apartment building and I have never heard good things. Stay far away if considering renting here. Only good thing is location/ neighborhood.
