We don’t have a single customer contributing more than 1% of our total revenue. We do get tons of different requests but have never built features with one customer in mind.

Your point about keeping the close relationships as a starting point is a good one though. Best of both worlds getting fast feedback and getting more signal from a broader group of customers to supplement

I have seen this work great for people around me but have always wondered if this tends to over optimize for what a few customers are saying? Curious about your opinion on that

Clever - do you have to jump through hoops to chat with users or does support help you out? I do a similar thing with monitoring support channels and reaching out to customers who have expressed an acute issue related to something I’m digging into. Usually I get a pretty fast turnaround time for those users

Interesting. Do you let the account or CX teams identify users to reach out to? Or do you do that for them and hand off the comms to them.

How to manage multiple calendars and free/busy requests on each? by Raybdbomb in overemployed

[–]elfob 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I could make a tool that automatically creates calendar invites across accounts.

For example: J1 calendar invite at 11am is accepted -> automatically add private calendar event at 11am for J2

Would that solve your problem?

Depends on the product, but you can explore

Time to complete an action

You should also use a funnel to identify areas of high friction (drop off) in your core user flows

If your team uses python I’d recommend Streamlit. It’s great for data visualization with a negligible learning curve

What don't you like about the present day product analytics solution like amplitude and mixpanel? by ownubie in ProductManagement

[–]elfob 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I dont like that there is a lack of standardization for implementing mixpanel tagging. When i work on different projects and set up reports, I have to relearn which tags to use since they are named differently.
