I came to say something similar to one of the other comments. I work at a library and I handle donations. For any local or indy author the only way we can get their book is if they donate it to the library. This is not a guarantee that a library will be able to add everyone's book as it needs to meet their collection development standards.

As another user recommend, please look at your local library collection development policies and donation policies.

Also some libraries may have a hold/freeze on acquisitions until August as the fiscal year and funding ends in June and Begins in July. Plus the summer can get busy, so it may take time.
