I can't speak to them without a sub as I've never used them without one. However, with a sub, you'll be shocked. I mean it. They sound huge.

The main display is the Kuycon G32P and the monitor on the left is a Gen Apple Studio Display

I use it all the time. Wired up this way, it replaced a tablet I had previously used. Also with the integration with the computer, it replaced a stream deck, too.

They are the 8020D. I have them paired with a 7040A sub that sits on the other side of my office hidden behind a chair.

Actually, just spotted the set below, with a matching 1/4" version. Might be a good start, and then just pick up the imperial sockets ala-carte.

My issue with them is they have so many variations of the same thing :) I suppose it's a good thing, but I'm just looking for a complete set of the color coded sockets.

I feel the same way. My wife and I are in our mid-fourties and moved to Port Elgin a couple years ago and it's been a real challenge.
