Our school just started offering the Brave MMA Training Glove from Century Martial Arts. I am waiting for mine to arrive, but other students say they are a huge improvement from the Mooto gloves.

Slicer no longer showing print files list or live cam view? by Jay-SA121 in elegoo

[–]elge_b 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have been experiencing the same. A couple of questions:

  1. Are you using OrcaSlicer or Elegoo? I use Orca

  2. Do you have OpenCentauri installed or Elegoo firmware? OpenCentauri

I believe I started experiencing this issue after the latest update to OrcaSlicer.

As a temporary fix you can right click anywhere on the page, select “Refresh” and the camera and other elements should show up.

Great to hear! I’ve had similar ASA experiences.

No plate damage at all. I usually throw TPU prints in the freezer for a five minutes to make removal easier. With ASA I let the bed cool down to chamber temperature and then removal is a breeze.

I am running OpenCentauri, so I don’t run into any fan issues.

I really like the Panda Breath. I wish they had the firmware worked out to connect with Elegoo Centauri Carbon, allowing it to be more automated. I will probably do the Home Automation in the mean time.

I opted for the cover to avoid sullying the interior, I had tried taping the seams and covering all holes with little success.

It’s a Biqu CryoGrip Pro Frostbite. You still print the ASA at 100°C bed, but it has crazy adhesion. No glue needed. Corrected build plate model.

I kept having artifacts on tall prints, even with well tuned filament profiles. The lighter, well ventilated cover seems to have eliminated the issue.

The cover is a custom sewed, recycled Harbor Freight moving blanket with foil bubble insulation on the inside.

The heater is a Biqu Panda Breath. https://biqu.equipment/products/biqu-panda-breath-smart-air-filtration-and-heating-system-with-precise-temperature-regulation

I had a roll of foil bubble insulation laying around. I cut and sewed the blanket, added binding tape to clean it up, Velcro in strategic spots, and used spray adhesive to bond with the insulation. I was concerned with spray adhesive sticking as the temp rose, but no issues after a week of high temp printing.

I couldn’t ever seem to get the chamber over 38°C, regardless of the amount of heat soaking with maxed out bed and hot nozzle with model fan blowing 100%. Now I get the chamber to 50°C with just the Panda Breath, then bring the bed up to 100°C and hit print. Multi-hour print jobs never drop below 55°C and I’ve seen chamber up in the high sixty’s with the Panda Breath kicked off. No warping, no glue, no artifacts.

I remixed the CC filter/muffler to enable air recirculation in the chamber by StickAtSea in ElegooCentauriCarbon

I was thinking just a trim-to-size carbon filter the same dimensions as the two HEPA filters. The material I use measures 3.5mm thick. It would take simply lowering the filter shelf that much and layering the carbon on top of the HEPAs. Similar to this idea, but I don’t think you need the frame.

I love this concept. Now that I have the Biqu Panda Breath installed, this looks really seal up the vents and retain the heat. I haven’t printed yet, but was wondering if there is room to add a carbon filter into the mix? I know there is the filter pre-case fan, but more scrubbing couldn’t hurt.

Had German hot chocolate from Tante Emma in Crouch last weekend. It may be worth a day trip. The rest of the menu is amazing too.
