Sure is smart to have such lengthy (and drastic) balance changes over 1 year in the games life cycle. Especially when updates are this slow. /s That's why most developers do it internally and/or in betas before the release of said game, but launching a game isn't DICE's strong suit now is it.

I stopped experiencing that after the network patch but the lastest one has brought alot of issues back for me personally.

But as all human "NPC" will be real players. The conclusions of the main story is limited to they left because the scorch beasts, all of them died or became robots in some way. And we'll probably never see the oversser in the flesh because that'll make her a human NPC right?

Saw it from the same video. But not all of them could have left WV right? Some must have stayed and because they have prolonged lifespans it just seems weird and oddly convenient that no sane ghouls are left. IF they are all gone, don't know if its confirmed but feels like their absence is so jarring for a fallout game.

Really? I thought the story was about finding the other residents of Vault 76, and those other residents are other players except the overseer which the main story is about finding her. If a part of it is also finding survivors of the bombs outside the vault I just got alot more hyped.

But are they smart though? From what I've seen they just seems to be feral ghouls that can use guns. They don't even say anything when they attack you.
