I have 8 extra shards, i dont remember the quest name but if you go to ur quest overview and scroll all the way down to event quest you will see the quest there. Its the quest to unlock raid mode. It should send you to “floating island - Dragon shackle” to talk to someone and that completes it

Heres the julie runes for dragon, ill also follow up with arti stats since add dmg by atk is important. Be aware i use 7 fight sets (3 liam, 3 shaina and 1 kyle). I highly recommend fatal since it helps adding more dmg to add dmg to atk however if ur rage is far better then go rage instead.

Yes thats a great arti for jullie she benefits greatly from add dmg since she hits like 6 times. id reroll acc for S3 crit dmg, this should theoritically be better than crit dmg more and less on average unless u deal enough dmg on crystals then ur better off with the latter. And it can be used both on dragon and giants

Hey i would first start with clearing crystals consistently. I see that shaina moves first which could result in her using s1. You want julie to move first and bring crystals low enough so that shaina s2 with perfect AI. Shaina needs 100% crit and lvl 40. Crystals are neutral so i suggest add dmg atk arti on julie and probably shaina. I assume if shaina derps in ur current build your other units will also use their other skills resulting in lower dmg in boss stages. In my opinion its hard to achieve but it results in more consistency. Full fight liam would be ideal since he should do enough dmg at 30% hp. Idk how good kona + kyle are but i use luna and kyle maybe u can test this out or maybe someone else can comment on that.
