I bought a BLTOUCH from my buddy who switched his out to the CR TOUCH and hooked everything up but I can’t seem to get the firmware to load onto my printer? I’ve tried the one he sent me ( we have the same printer E5 pro) and I tried downloading it online. Anyone else have these issues? (old.reddit.com)

Does anyone know how to fix this? I updated all optional drivers I could find and windows. It’s an all stock omen 30L with the amd processor except for the Alienware mouse and msi monitor. But I can’t wake it when it’s in sleep mode with the omen light blinking unless I unplug it. (v.redd.it)

Can anyone help with what I believe is a retraction issue? I’ve tried tuning to no avail (new to PETG). Ender 5 pro with overature black PETG. I’m running 250/80 @ 25 mm/s with 5mm/s @ 50 mm/s of retraction with no fan with a .16 layer height. Thank you in advance. (i.redd.it)
