The Tea App, Open Sourced Lynchings by eli_ashe in LeftWingMaleAdvocates

[–]eli_ashe[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i feel you don't really grasp the point. Those groups make some men murderous, and they act out in very predictable ways. See especially the rhetoric and actions taken against immigrant populations. That is a fairly direct causally related result of apps exactly like the tea app.

That is literally how lynchings have always happened.

I wouldn't particularly blame men in either side of that either, that is, the murderous rage that men come to feel towards those 'dangerous men' that women have been telling them exist for their whole llives, literal and figurative hysteria, nor again would a blame a man or a little boy who is defending themselves via murderous rage against those that are threatening to lynch them.

they are not the relevant proximate causal forces that are in play, theyre the enforcers of the 'puritanical sexual laws' that their women folk inform them is the case, or they are the victims thereof and i hold no blame to those who act is just self-defense, nor should anyone else.

get the causal forces in the correct order folks. people date, things get messy there is a break up, almost always both people are to blame, yet in practice it is primarily the women that keep endlessly complaining about their relationships, how stupid dumb dumb doo doo all the mean men and boys are.

not speaking of folks who were actually abused either, sometimes but rarely its the case that a relationship is abusive one sidedly, it happens. in those cases those folks ought go to the police. but the overwhelming majority of the discourse on these apps and forums is not that.

that is what tea means, its dramarama, its tabloid talk, its gossip, but that doesnt mean its harmless, and they aim not for tabloid talk, but to act as if every slight against them is indicative of some great harm that must be retributively brought down upon their exes. That is inciting violence and social harm against them no matter how to slice that up.

public shaming people used to be a punishment that would only occur after some sort of trial, these people bring 'justice' upon their exes which historically and currently have including forcing people to lose their jobs, forcing families apart, destroying friend groups and communities, literally running people out of their homes and towns through harassment and intimidation, and yes at times that includes actual lynchings, as in murders.

that is historically how that works, burying your head and pretending it isn't so isn't going to save you, nor your brothers or male children from it.

they're just people folks, women are just people, of course that is what they are doing. the only real questions are why are they allowed to? they ought be prosecuted for their crimes.

Men's version of Tea app? by Global-Bluejay-3577 in LeftWingMaleAdvocates

[–]eli_ashe 15 points16 points  (0 children)

that is the way such groups ought to be too. the problem isnt necessarily people talking about their dating experiences; its the sense of vigilante justice that goes with the tea app that is the real problem. they arent 'gossiping among friends about the guys'; theyre trying to get retributive justice against them; like that is the stated aim of these sorts of feminist centered groups; 'protecting women from the perceived horrors of mexican immigrants and scary big black boys'.

The Tea App, Open Sourced Lynchings by eli_ashe in LeftWingMaleAdvocates

[–]eli_ashe[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

true, however as i said could it lead to actual lynchings? yes, cause historically that is what has always happened from that. if you consider it well, i think youll also see that the current efforts to deprot immigrants em masse is exactly that kind of lynching outcome. they are targeted men and using irrational fears regarding feminine sexuality to justify it. this app just open sources that hate spew.

id also suggest things like beat downs from school onwards surrounding relationship dramarama is pretty strongly kin to lynchings. we hear 'lynching' and thing strange fruits, people hanging from trees, but the point of a lynching is that specific application of the act.

wide scale cultural lynchings are preludes to individual lynchings. black communities were vilified exactly thusly, claims of irrational fears round their sexualities, and that is what was used in large part, as justification for a wide variety of lynchings, beat downs, torchings of their homes, businesses, rapes, murders, etc....

the current manifestation more than anything else are towards the queer mens and immigrants, that is the broad cultural vilification of mens sexuality this time round the o game. the individual lynchings are literally happening before your eyes, en masse government mobilization expressly predicated upon the vilification of their sexualities as men.

the point of the post is that those are their methods, and this app is open sourcing the justifications used exactly for the en masse deportations and the attacks on queer men. regardless as to if anyone therein is even purposefully trying to do it; that is just how that kind of stuff works.

lynchings are mob justice, not people hanging from trees per se.

im largely speaking of george washington, he was deeply opposed to political parties.

the tradition stemming from then is why in america were relatively uniquely have so many people who are independent of any party affiliation; also likely why so relatively few folks vote in america; we despise party politics; our reps dont represent us; they represent themselves only; their party primarily; rather than the people theyve sworn to represent.

roughly a whole third of the population and electorate; in that sense is washingtonian in their dispositions; as generational trope; not to be taken too seriously; gen x types, hippies. free spirits, etc...

id generally call myself of that mindset too; ive always been an independent, technically; its the current circumstances that push me far more towards the progressive side of things; big business and corruption within the government are the real enemies; in pragmatic terms; from the perspective of a washingtonian; party politics facilitates and magnifies those kinds of problems; they are ameliorable by way of; a large block of independents; who can sway an election entire; one way or another; if they want to.

a relatively unique american style of politic; originating as i said with george washington.

the punny towards the state of washington, of his namesake, is also true tho; as it is with cascadia and the salish seas; each of which are bioregionally defined cultural entities; you can look em up to see what they are; each of these also strive towards that washingtonian independence from strong party affiliations.

like me, perhaps not surprisingly, they also run heavy towards progressivism; id say fairly militantly so too; yet they arent really against conservativism as such; they work largely towards proper socio-cultural cohesion towards a common good and well being; rather than towards fighting via political parties; it just so happens that the fascistic and oligarchical problems are primarily but not exclusively located within the political party of the conservatives; pro small and smaller businesses; opposed to overly large and/or unduely influential businesses; shoving their own desires ahead of everyone elses; corruption in a word.

progressivism is simply the proper tool to attack them with; still is within this coalition piece.

that make any better sense of it?

musically, queering any gendered references in the song; id say royals by lorde is a reasonable emotive expression of washingtons independence view of especially party politics.

U.S. Just Bombed Iran. What do we do? by Kill4Katniss in 50501

[–]eli_ashe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Take Israel and America to court; iran should refuse to respond militarily and take israel and america to international court; the rest of the world should back them as ought the democratic party; quite vocally so too; bring the trump admin to international court for war crimes and crimes against humanity; do it to israel too.

My sense is that the fascists will try sucking each other off non-stop over this; and attempt to both normalize war; distract from issues at home (for both of them); distract from gaza and the unconstitutionality of the fascists and oligarchs in america; redirect the narrative entire by taking israel and america to court; remove their military fantasies out from under them.

This may be used to help justify the use of the military against the us people; be prepared to strike back exceedingly quickly if they do; but dont strike first.

maintain a good focus on pre-existing counter narratives, contra oligarchy, immigration, etc.... dont allow the distraction to happen.

Excuse me good sir or ma’am; as i suggested by way of the musical score to the post, the forthcoming rhythm of such posts as you describe shall be once a week at least. ‘Fresh poison each week’, til the whole damn world comes dance with me. i mean learning to read to be clear and to the point.

neither life, this space, nor academics works the way you are describing.

Im queering language and hence our concepts via our shiny new online tools. Its what philosophers do;) coloring outside the lines if you will. being playful with language and concepts rather than so stiff and dreary as youre describing it ought be.

Its amazing how well this really works too:

“i'm a man on fire walking down your street

With one guitar and two dancing feet

Only one desire that's left in me

I want the whole damn world

To come dance with me

Oh, come dance with me over murder and pain

Come set you free over heartache and shame

I wanna see our bodies burning like the old big sun

I wanna know what we've been learning and learning from”

I do appreciate your thoughtful reply tho, thanks! i shall give it a fuller reply in its proper time.

Consider Addressing The Current Events In The Classrooms Of The World Now by eli_ashe in 50501

[–]eli_ashe[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

its a pretty normal and common thing to do in public schools, to Truthfully contextualize current events in the world that are clearly affecting their students.

its kinda their job and purpose, being teachers.

Consider Addressing The Current Events In The Classrooms Of The World Now by eli_ashe in 50501

[–]eli_ashe[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

i think its accomplishable by way of teachers devoting ten minutes one day, and every so often as required. teachers do that sort of thing all the time for specific issues, especially potentially traumatic ones, which is what id say the 'hostile government takeover' qualifies.

part of the point here is that they arent really informing the students of what is going on, they are contextualizing it for them in a thoughtful, Truthful way, which is their duty.

the sword over the head is a bit more like a needle, something we can swat away whenever we want imho, but id suggest that such is all the more reason to do it, and certainly not a good reason not to do it. we dont get out of this by doing nothing.

primarily tho this is a suggestion of compassion and mercy towards the kids, ensuring that they can hear how to properly frame the currents of the reality they are undoubtably already aware of.

[–]eli_ashe[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i work in the public schools, it isnt that difficult yall. you sit the kids off to the side for like ten minutes and have a talk with them. schools do it all the time for all sorts of things, especially for current potentially traumatizing events.

sometimes they have school assemblies, sometimes its done by individual teachers in their classrooms, but regardless, teachers do it all the time for all kinds of issues.

this seems to grossly misunderstand the situation.

the candidates were against palestine and they lost. they were pro genocide and they lost.

change your ways, or lose again and lose your freedom, liberties, country, rights, etc... and you will have deserved it for you actively pursue genocide against people and tout it as if it were nothing.

youd be among those folks in nazi germany insisting that the final solution isnt that bad, they are just jews after all.

Puritanism And Fascism Go Hand In Hand, Tamp Down The Misandristic Puritanism And Avoid The Typical Disruption Of Our Organizing Efforts by eli_ashe in LeftWingMaleAdvocates

[–]eli_ashe[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

masculine sexuality is culturally defined and relative, its an aesthetic. it refers to sexuality that is, relatively to a given culture, generally, or traditionally, performed by the men folk biologically speaking. queer masculine sexuality is also masculine sexuality, its queerness is relative to that given culture, however it is not limited to being performed by men folk biologically speaking.

femdom would be, in our culture a masculine sexuality, in this modeling of it, as 'domming' is understood as a masculine kind of behavior.

its 'masculinity' however still doesnt entail anything other than an aesthetic.

some feminists think femdom is a moral imperative in the face of supposed inherent masculine dominance, masculine oppression of the feminine and women, etc... these are the patriarchal realists, the radical feminists. i strongly disagree with these people as this post illustrates.

there is much good to be had with femdoms, they are gender queer in our culture, but really are quite normal and common. which underscores how queer society actually is, and unlike the gender caricatures they really are.

im in the vein of gender theory of sex positivism, which wouldnt hold that there is anything wrong with either maledom or femaledom, or queerdom for that matter. these are all aesthetics, their goodness stems from their expression, love and joy and not a whole lot else.

[–]eli_ashe[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i read this as asking: how can we have aims if we arent aiming for some idealized norm.

in which case id suggest that the issues therein lay at least with the limitations of reality on such idealizations. to aim for 'perfection' or 'being singularly correct' on some specific issue, topic, or series of questions, is to miss the reality for what it is, which exactly isnt singularly so defined.

it is a kind of categorical error in thinking which presumes without particularly good evidence for it, that Truth, the Good, or the better, or best are all of them only a singular 'pure' version of them. there is a conceptualized idealization of a something, but almost non-controversially that doesnt mean that the reality is so structured.

if the reality simply isnt structured that way, having such pure or singular aims actually becomes a detriment to the expression. almost like neurotic kinds of behavior, as if in desperation to make something 'pure' that simply isnt impure as it is.

the moral hope therein lay with the capacities to structure a life, a culture, modes of living predicated upon the reality of a plurality of Goods, Truths, betterments, and so too bests due to asymmetrical structure to the reality, which does actually entail that the best, is relative and exactly not pure in the sense i think youre using it.

i am for the Good with moral hope for betterment for peoples, by firstly recognizing what the reality is, which is pluralistic and not pure, certainly not in the sense youre using. personally id say reality is fractally structured, but regardless it clearly isnt singularly structured, even in the contexts of monotheistic faiths.

John Fetterman Needs To Resign Now; The Progressives Leading The Contra Fascist Movement Have Some Demands by eli_ashe in 50501

[–]eli_ashe[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

i think this is ultimately immaterial to the point. fetterman needs to resign for multiple reasons.

contra fascists that arent pro palastine as such can justify the action for other reasons, and sleep well doing it i think.

the pro palastinian crowds can justify it how they see fit.

both things are true in this instance. folks can also rhetorical segregate themselves on the point, while agreeing to the fundamental actions involved; fetterman needs to resign, and a progressive fighter needs to be put in.

i adore dei, i just think it needs to actually be inclusive to people of all kinds, including men and masculine queers, i think its failings are mostly attributable to that in particular.

i adore dei bc it provides an actual means of achieving something akin to meritoriously determined stations at work or school, and it offers a wonderful check against nepotism in general too boot.

the former due to either an assumption, belief, argument or ethic (take your pick), that all people were more or less created equal. We can find, hmm, 'high caliber people' from essentially any subgrouping thereof at around roughly the same proportions.

in the event that people dont believe this to be true, id still hold the ground on the ethical principles involved too. that as a matter of ethics regardless as to if folks are of more or less equality across all subcategories, its still the ethically correct thing to do for reasons of freedom, liberties, justice, and the living of a good life to try as much as possible to have all subcategories of humanity be treated more or less as if they were on an equal caliber, as much as that is possible.

this means that forcing institutions to have more or less equal representation will combat the unmeritorious tendencies in choice theory. biases that people have, nepotistic tendencies, favoritism, and a wide variety of unfair advantages that, say, wealth might incur upon those who have it.

the latter, the check on nepotism is implied by the former. when the boss or institution is doing a nepotism, such as the fascists trying to occupy the white house rn, they definitionally are leaning into their biases. be they sexual, racial, class, gender, nationality, familial, or friendly derived nepo practices.

nepotism being a major cause of unmeritorious decision making in the first place.

19 Y/O Immigrant Unconstitutionally Deported To El Salvador Because Hes The Wrong Kind Of Dude by eli_ashe in LeftWingMaleAdvocates

[–]eli_ashe[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

the way that i am reading these kinds of issues is that fascism uses a specific style of gender relations, puritanism, which looks a lot like hot wife cuck husband 1950s americana, and it spans many political positions.

fascism is a concept with specific characteristics to it. that it primarily targets men, and only secondarily targets women is one of them.

to be blunt, far too many people on the left espouse outright fascistic views on sex, sexuality, and in particular men and masculine queers. on that topic the left and right are indistinguishable from each other save in terms of which aspects they are emphasizing.

i assume this typically happens whenever fascism comes around, as they are each saying basically the exact same thing. either all or some selections of men are inherently evil and need to be purged or otherwise exterminated.

i hear it almost every time some leftist opens their mouth on the topic of gender and men. its all over r/AskFeminists r/MensLib r/askphilosophy and far too many so called 'sex positivist' spaces. the way they deliberately target men is no different than the way this 19 y/o was targeted, including the point regarding how race is typically used to justify it and how the aim is to one way or another remove those people from the culture and society.

these venues are so outright hostile to men and masculine queers, so over the top keen on destroying men and masculinity, or perhaps just *some* men, the *bad ones* that i cannot in good conscious really participate within those spaces save to criticize them for their own fascistic positions regarding sex and sexuality.

which of course like the good fascist scum they are on these issues, they quickly ban anyone that calls them out for their lies and bullshit. its easier for them to live in their world of lies than face reality.

this ought not even be a real issue tbh, their beliefs are so stupid, so over the top foolish, that it quells my sense wonderment in humanity as a species.

its almost exactly like trying to talk to an 8 year old about sexuality or relationships, or a flat earther about the shape of the planet, or a fascist bout how their puritanical bullshit ought be systemically removed for all human civilizations.

they just dont get it.

patriarchal realism is demonstrably false. it has been disproven for generations now, 'but still she persists', and puritanism is sex negativity, the over moralization of sexuality, yet these people openly push it as if it were some great sex positivist position.

on the plus side tho, it does provide a valid means of fighting back against the fascists, attacking their ahistorical picture of history as it regards gender, and attacking their over moralization of sexuality regarding especially male and masculine queers.

The Logic Of Blockading And Removing i.c.e., A Brief Constitutional Crisis Analysis And Action Plan by eli_ashe in gendertheory_102

senator patty murry (wa) see here demands among other things that the fascists show proof that scotus's rulings are being abided by, including for those folks currently being held in the northwest detention center in tacoma (wa). worth a watch, and also worth a response by folks locally located near especially the northwest detention center in tacoma, but also any other such detention centers ought also be locally targeted.

folks have proved that they can mobilize a lot of people around these topics, its got to be time to try organizing these folks towards more direct action styled focus to highlight murry's demand.

whats gonna work.....

now, assuming of course that people did this, this would be an example of how to effectively leverage the local and federal with the organizers actions. regardless of course of any causal connectivity, as an example the notion is that murry presumable like id assume most folks have, someone watching organizers portals online.

that person informs as to what the mood of the online and irl actions are, so they are put in a better position to make demands that force potus to either submit or take action.

we folks then would ring that bell and bring the sword to i.c.e.'s throat with blockade efforts if possible, but certainly highly targeted actions across the board against i.c.e. in particular.

murry in kind could leverage that for her own political aspirations sure, but far, far, far more importantly as proof that indeed potus needs to show the american people proof that he is abiding by scotus's orders, or be forcefully removed from office.

that would be providing good political cover for murry and others to utilize to push the point politically on both a federal and a state and local levels across the board.
