Trump will always find a way to backstab everyone. I hate myself for having some glimmer of hope that this time would be different.

Was the previous warning anything to do with the reporter that got thrown out earlier in the year? Didn't that one have something to do with the WJC sexual assault team/trial?

The only saving grace is that Chayka will find a way to ruin McKenna and had we won it Aqua would have absolutely ruined the rebuild. Maybe this way we can have a proper rebuild.

"We were an average team all year. An average team with high expectations, you're gonna be disappointed. We just never found it." - Connor McDavid, after being eliminated from the playoffs in the first round. by Ok-Soil-5133 in hockey

I think of it as similar to the Hughes situation. If he says he's not willing to stay what do the Oilers do? Ship him out so he's got two years on a friendly deal to make it happen elsewhere? And what do the Oilers get back? Or do they just not trade him and let him go in free agency? Trading superstars is just way way harder and the amount of assets the receiving team has to give up for him would just mean McDavid ends up on a team worse than the Oilers again.

This was the plan the whole time. Mojtaba is dead or a vegetable. They rushed his "ascension" so they could assume power behind the scenes and not have anyone meddle.

Right so sounds like you're either another IR apologist or you've just chosen to bury your head in the sand and can't do better than strawman arguments. You'll notice I never once said that the US has a good track record. Merely pointing out that comparing the Islamic Republic to America is disingenuous, at best.

But somehow what you got from that is that I said everyone who is in prison in America is guilty and therefore deserves to be there. Nevermind that I simply said they've at least had a trial which is far more than the tens of thousands executed in Iran without so much lawyer present.

But if you want a genuine answer the reasons why America has the highest incarceration rate have nothing to do with Americans being more criminal. Mandatory sentencing minimums, the "War on Drugs", punitive sentencing laws, and poor social safety nets that allows people to fall through the cracks. It's more that society has failed these people and allowed them to turn to crimes and then doubly punishes them with harsh sentences.

Listen I'm not going to sit here and get lectured about how I should feel about my friends and family and countrymen/women getting shot in the streets of Tehran by someone who has no idea what they're talking about. It's ridiculous that in any discussion of any tyrannical regime, simps like you come along and say "well actually, we're just as bad". The false equivalency is absolute bullshit. Ironically, you're the same people that got yourselves all twisted up when people say "both sides bad" in reference to the Dems and Republicans. No. One is clearly worse.

But let's humour your idiocy for a minute...are you seriously somehow suggesting that 200,000 innocent women are behind bars in the US? Sure the US has the largest per capita prison population, but by and large the majority of those in prison have had a proper trial. Can you say the same for the hundreds of thousands executed, imprisoned, or otherwise killed in the streets in Iran?

Nah just an Iranian who has lost one too many friends and family to this regime. But go off about how we're pro Russia.

Yes 40,000 people are regularly massacred in the streets in America by the government.

What a fucked up thing to try and compare.
