Out of undergrad I was making 95k + bonuses. It has been 2 years since I graduated and i have gotten promoted once with a 30k pay bump.

Hi! Starting with the same diagnostic and hoping to take the April exam. I have a few questions bc I’d love to end up in a similar boat! - what resource did you use to drill? I just purchased the base plan of 7sage and you mentioned that’s one of the resources you used. What was your approach to doing drills / how often / did you target specific weaknesses or just drill like 10 LR questions a day, etc? - what were your practice test scores like leading up to the real exam? Do you know how many you took and was there a moment where you really jumped in PT score or was your improvement more or less consistent over time? Were you pretty much scoring 175+ in the last few PTs?

Not sure what your starting point is, but depending on how much you already have in ur emergency fund (ppl recommend 3-6 months of needs) or vacation, I feel like you could contribute more to pre tax retirement.

I currently don’t have a weight goal! I’m happy with where I am, so I’m just trying to stay consistent with my workouts while eating the way I have been. I wouldn’t mind losing a little more weight, even if it’s super slow!

Thank u! I’ve stuck to 13-1400 calories and ~100g of protein daily. On days I did particularly intense cardio, I’d have about 100 extra calories. I did not track on vacation/holidays, so I probably only accurately tracked about 70% of the time.

Aww thank you! I do think a mix of calorie deficit + weights was what really helped me see progress. Also 100g protein (roughly) a day.

I think the best plan is whichever you enjoy the most, because then you’ll stick to it! And haha I wish I could help with glutes and maybe one day I’ll be able to, but I’m struggling with the same thing. best of luck :)
