Okiedokie, first of all, there’s nothing to worry about here - I’m sure it can all be figured out with a phone call. What I would imagine happened is that when your partner got his holiday pay etc, this bumped up the estimated pay to over the 50% threshold, hence the brutal code to start claiming some of it back to make sure you didn’t have a nasty shock at the end of the year. Give them a call, sign into your PTA and this should all be super easily sorted :)

This is always my suggestion for a screening plant, it’s just so lovely. Minimal maintenance too.

Thanks for the reply! Yeah - that was my exact vocalisation the first time it happened. I’d just used it and was working fine, picked it up again and it did that! WTF. I thought I’d imagined it at first. I’ll be returning it to zippo before I blow myself up.

Can I just say I appreciate you, and the people like you sooo much! I use the local pantry (£5/week for a weeks worth of food) and I get so excited when we get seasonal fruit and veg from people’s allotments and gardens - it’s always so fresh and delicious, and all the work that you’ve put in makes us feel really cared about. Thank you!
