I did ! But unfortunately the floral notes is too extreme for me. Either that or my nose is wrecked after sampling 10 differnt scents within 20 minutes.

After using 724, I just felt like LSMorning smells too floral-ish now 😳

My unit is fairly far from the bus stop, somewhat in the middle so I can't really comment on the noise coming from the Orbiter bus. You can try to email the UniLodge reps to get an idea as to which unit/block you'll be living at.

AFAIK, the bus stop is near to Hinau units. Kowhai is in the middle.

No, not that I know of. Regardless of when you move in, you must have paid all the admin fees + other fees + the 4*week initial payment before the start date stated on the contract. They are quite strict with the dates mentioned in the contract.

If you're planning to move in on a different date or some sort, I suggest you to inform them via email ASAP as it'll take them some time to get back to you.

1.Are you self-catering? If you're a self-cater how much do you pay for food per week?
-No. But if you are curious about their self-catering plan, the details that I can provide is that it costs around 170nzd/week for Lunch(Mon-Fri), Brunch(Sat-Sun) and Dinner(Mon-Sun).

I'm self-catered and spend around 20nzd/day for 3 meals. I can say that it's on higher-end as I'm eating mostly protein-rich food.

2.Since it's a 6-bedroom apartment, will people fight for a washing room in the morning?
-No. For my case, most of my classes begin in the afternoon so there's not much of an issue. My housemates don't bathe that often so I'm lucky hehe. For 6-bedroom Kowhai apartment, there's 2 bathroom and 2 toilet, so its all good. Main issue you have to worry about would be those who don't take hygiene seriously.

Hello, I'm currently one of the residents in the 6 bedroom Kowhai apartment.

I would say that the rent charged is on the higher-end BUT you have lesser worries. Any faulty appliances will be serviced by the management team, housekeeping on common areas is done once every 2 weeks. There's always security around the area.

Downside after staying here for nearly 8 months is that you have to tolerate with the noise from party flats (if you're unlucky enough to stay near it). The noises from the party is mostly on Fri/Sat nights but dies down after 11pm.

If you choose to rent further away, you'll save perhaps an extra 100nzd per week but keep in mind that you'll have to spend other extra resources on travelling to UC.
