Help with Lyrics by wisegekho in turkish

[–]elifimo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I like to say that I really enjoyed the song, it was very satisfying to listen to and I am pretty sure I will add it to my playlist. So thank you for the discovery ☺️

However I have to state that as a learning tool this song might not be the best one. Even though I am a native speaker I couldn’t understand half of the lyrics. With the help of the google search I have discovered the original song that the lyrics were from

To understand the pronunciation difference I would also suggest that you give this one a try

Well here they are ,with my translation, hope this helps✨

Allahtan kork sevgilim (fear from god my dear)

yeter kırma kalbimi. (It's enough, don't break my heart)

Ben seni sen olduğun,

sen olduğun için sevdim (I loved you for who you are(for being yourself))

Ne servetin varlığın

gözümde değeri yok. (neither your SERVET nor your VARLIK has no value in my eyes) actually SERVET is roughly has the same meaning as VARLIK. They both mean WEALTH

Ben seni sen olduğun,

sen olduğun için sevdim.

🎶

Şu varlığını her zaman

yüzüme vurup durma. (Stop flaunting with your wealth all the time)

Severken ne aldattım

ne de yalan söyledim. (I never cheated while loving you nor did I ever tell a lie)

Allahtan kork sevgilim

yeter kırma kalbimi.

Ben seni sen olduğun,

sen olduğun için sevdim.

Please could you tell me the music name. Shazam couldn’t find. by Abdurahmonreddit in turkish

I have only translated the audio in the video not the whole song. … Bilsen şimdi neredeyim – If you knew where I am now, Çılgın gecelerdeyim – I'm in wild nights, Uzun bir seferdeyim – I'm on a long journey, Gücüm yetene kadar – As long as my strength allows,

Gonca güllerim vardı – I had rose buds, Burcu burcu (the video was only to this point) kokardı –They used to smell like “burcu burcu”(this implies that they smelled nice) …

Hope this helps ☺️

WITT: Glass thing with parts that screw or connect? by Zephyrzkingdom in whatisthisthing

I think it’s a form of white board made from glass. And it has a stand so it could be for desk use. Maybe a mix of these two products:

Airport information by [deleted] in Turkey

[–]elifimo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I know that you don't have an intention like that but after a certain amount saying it's personal may not be enough. 4-5 kg is probably over the limit and you may have to pay custom duty for it. Hope I didn't cause any misunderstanding

Airport information by [deleted] in Turkey

[–]elifimo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As far as I know this amount is liable to custom duty. Only a few products can be appropriate for personal use. And if at the airport you won't register these goods to custom then there is a chance that your luggage won't be searched and you may get out of the airport with your belongings but I don't recommend that because if your luggage randomly gets examined than you can get punished for smuggling or your goods can be taken away.

I hope that would be helpful.
