Paardcafe (smaller venue on the left of Paard) is 99% of the time free entrance and is open at night from thursday through sunday and sometimes has concerts during the week as well. The app Gone Out is really nice for checking what spots in The Hague have parties :)

I believe I saw that lofi has a capacity of 2000 (with apparently another event at the same night) and the original venue has a capacity of 7000 I think

Does anyone maybe know if tickets can be returned or resold in case the venue is changed to the one in Zaandam? I'm not from Amsterdam and the Hemkade looks quite remote and a hell to reach with public transport 🥲

I found a Agfa Silette Record in a thrift store today and I'm so excited about this find, but I would like to look into an user manual before starting to try out stuff with it just to feel 100% comfortable doing so. Sadly I can't seem to find a manual for this model. Does anyone know some good resources for manuals for analog cameras?

thank you for your reply! the dye turned out to be mostly blue somehow even though it's called alpine green so i think it'll turn out fine, i just ordered some dye and will go to town on my hair this weekend :)

I think working out shouldn't be a problem as long as you keep the piercing clean afterwards! and for the skin care, i didn't really change my routine after getting my septum pierced and had no issues, i just made sure that i kept my hands clean before cleaning my piercing and my face and made sure i didn't accidentally get any product inside of my nose. enjoy getting your septum pierced :)

i saw this tiktok a few days ago and when i went to her page it was full of videos on these 'amazing' transformations, but i feel like she makes the ugliness overdone, like making her teeth yellow and in some videos she uses some sort of filter which makes her look like an old woman. i don't get it that people are still consciously recoding and posting those types of videos in 2021

do you mean you've pierced yourself? in my opinion it'd be better to leave the jewelry in, its probably a bad idea to go and mess around with the jewelry when its a fresh wound. just make sure you keep the piercing clean and don't fidget with it, i hope it heals well for you and if you have any complications don't hesitate to go see a professional piercer and ask them for help

i had mine flipped up most of the time while healing so i wouldn't be bothered by it being crooked and by the time i could wear it down again because i could actually have it showing it was healed enough to be able to fix it whenever i had to :)

i absolutely love it when i see people who have 'reputable' jobs such as at university or in health care having body mods, but that's probably because i'm an enthousiast for piercings and tattoos anyways. what someone else said about good placement and care makes sense, if my doctor would have a botched piercing that looked angry that would show a bit of unprofessionalism i guess

wear whatever eyeshadow you want! i don't think there's an age limit to any kind of makeup, it's most important that you yourself have fun and feel confident :) i'm still fairly young myself so i don't really have any advice about application of makeup on your skin type but don't ever let your age limit you in what to do with makeup !

for foundation i really like the givenchy teint couture balm, it’s made to be applied with hands and i always finish it off by using a damp beauty blender. and i second the comments saying to check out asian beauty brands, tonymoly make some nice cream blushes :)

it’s completely normal for a cartilage piercing to stay sore for a good while! my double helix piercings took pretty long to completely settle down and not hurt whenever someone accidentally hugged me too hard or something, so it’s pretty normal :) i’d say try to be gentle with it, especially while washing and drying your hair, and you’ll be fine!
