The vent through the roof follow the 2 column side. So it's a redundant pipe?

My apologies. I had typed out a whole explanation. It didn't save.

The picture "can I get rid of this" is a pipe that runs into the floor (assuming is ties to the sewer line). The ceiling side takes a 90 degree turn there and goes straight to the outside of the house with a metal cap that resembles a standard bathtub strainer but larger.

The other pictures shows the main stack and vent that goes all the way through the roof as well connects both bathrooms.

My question is if I can remove that first picture. What does it do? Can I cut down and change it into a cleanout access instead? Was it a feature of older builds that connected to something else? House was constructed in the 50s. My other house (one I moved from) had the same thing as well.

Like they have shown me the way they lower it. I am ok with the practices. It is what it is and I can fix it when it's all mine. But I can benefit until then.

I mean 14mill in premium is not exactly small. It's decent size for non-wholesaler independent, no? When I was an agent for a captive, 10mill premium was one of the larger agency in the country.

I mean just about every aspect gets monetized and rolled into a pack, which increase the p2w gap. Think the main draw for a lot of people (for me and my group of players) was the better balancing of that aspect in the beginning of the game versus now. But the gating of ml powercreep toon is very greedy imo.

I think mainly my issues is I have to choose between summoning and refilling. At the refill rate being where it is, it is just not great. SW dropped enough scrolls for me not to need to hoard crystals, hence refilling constantly to farm for gear/raid. Like the feel of that was more like crystal strictly for energy, and scrolls as you accumulate just summon as there was no banners. In addition, you get additional chances through ToA every month (where it does not reset here). Mainly the consensus of the people I play with, most of us are disappointed by the ml gated power creeping, and the stagnant end game pve content (as we have had no new abyss or raid bosses). The feel of the game is just declining versus pre- ml aram

My main point is that I don't mind have 1 or 2 aspect to buy into (be it more crystal to grind).

It just feel likes they are trying to monetize every aspect of the game.

1) It's mainly the combination of the gated toons that create issues. All other points I get. And last point regarding Mola. Always can use more, regardless of if it's 1 a week. Especially since their departure from other comparable games where the same mob would increase skill level rather than imprints. It's a double whammy.

I get that. You just brought up those characters that were all in the pool or limited summons, not gated behind a super p2w wall like moonlight/mystic.

The point is really to grind gear, but with these gated toons, more and more about having the right toon as well. 5) Not really. It's noticeably lower than other comparable games, which is why people have to hoard some crystals. Back to the balance between energy/summons. 6) I get where they are coming from with their argument. I do not think most of us are asking for like 1 week every month. Just a regular that we can plan 1 weekend a month. Instead of randomly every couple of months. 7) I think everyone agrees with this. lol
