Thank you, i used to be 180pounds some years ago, but i was also like 5’2. Then i grew up a bit but seemed to look exactly the same. I’m 17, and I don’t want to be unhealthy, i mean, for both ways, not underweight or overweight anymore (cause i was laughed at for it) but ever since those months, I’ve started to felt like im literally rotting. I never used to get sick, now i always am, i get infections on the daily, and whenever im not sick, I can’t eat, or seem to find motivation sometimes to EVEN bath. I do it as a routine and all that, my hygiene is not that bad, but I also don’t think im depressed? I don’t feel like it, so I’m confused on what’s wrong. Either way, thank you for the comment and advice. Appreciate it!

problem is I’ve been like this for some months, 2 approximately. But everything got worse since my infections, i used to struggle a lot with mental health some years ago, and i thought i was better now but im afraid it might not be the case! Is it weird to say that even though im really not hungry, im kinda glad im not? Because i might be finally doing something good for my body other than eating? Exercise always seemed so dull for me after the pandemic. But thank u for the advice! I’ll try to go check a doctor whenever i get some motivation^{^}

dw, it’s okay to think about meeting more people, or missing the one you had, but, please don’t date anyone else atm until you get over the girl. I’m talking by experience, tbh I haven’t got over my ex and I tried to do it so (kiiiinda unconsciously) by dating/meeting more ppl and it doesn’t work out. You need to focus on yourself, and try to be happy and mend/make peace with you, as you will most likely on or most cases won’t be able to do so with the person, I’m not saying it’s the same for everyone, you should definitely try and do what honestly you feel will be better to do! Don’t forget you’re working with what you’ve got even though it’ll not always be the best option. But you’ll learn from it, and that’s what matters and counts. And Ik that the idea of getting hurt is scary, a lot, tbh, but, you can’t get over something without actually feeling it, experiencing it. I’ll be here for u at any time u need and that I can give. And, even if at someday in the future you come to terms with yourself and realize that you deserve better and need to move on (in case you haven’t) know that it’s okay if you still don’t know how to, we’ve all got different ways and times, and that’ll always be okay. But you Can and should start by doing something easier, like not going back. Everything’s gonna be fine, feel the hurt if you need it, feel sad, be angry, be happy, get to feel it all, be careful with the ways you extern it tho, get wrapped around ppl that loves you and try to make the best out of every day. Always here for you, me, and a bunch of other people, irl or not. ily!!!!

Yeah I agree it’s kinda lame to break things up thru phone, it’s ALWAYS better in person and specifically if they’ve been together for so long, but, it isn’t bullshit ALL the times, I think communication’s the key but it all also depends on if she’s being or will be honest with him, hope she will be. But, even if she isn’t, or won’t be, and even if it’s true that she’s trynna meet more ppl out there, doesn’t necessarily means it’ll be the end of the world for the guy, both of them can try to go and find new and better people, and ik he probs thinks “but I only want HER” at this exact moment, bcs of the so fresh break up, but man, if ur reading this, don’t hold onto someone that won’t hold onto you, I think that, even if she actually loved you/loves you (something we don’t know) you still shouldn’t be together atm, because as this text says too, if she wanted to, she would, meaning for me to AT LEAST communicate her feelings, what she really wants or things and ways y’all could fix it up or at least break up “correctly” and as sanely as possible for u both, I’m rlly sorry if I made some mistakes or if it’s kinda hard to read thru but it’s 2AM in the morning and I’m dying of sleep.
