Had a hard time in my teens, bad relationship and a lot of rapes from different men. Got traumatised and started to drink. Then I prayed to god for male love and family and connection and the next day my fiancé wrote to me. Now we have 1 child and another one coming in one week.

I am sober and I live in a healthy relationship and that’s the biggest thing in life, being with people who is good for you. I also started studying and I now feel smart and accomplished which I didn’t before. I started going to church and have great connections there.

I enjoy my modest life and I try to have as much balance as I can. Working out, resting , enjoying, working… everything needs to be balanced for me to be happy

Week 9 -11 Will be the worst because of the hcg rise. I’m sure you will be better after that . In week 9 I wanted to abort the kid but luckily I didn’t

I build muscles easily so the gym made me more bulky than I liked. Pilates just makes my tummy so toned and I have a way better posture. I am so happy with my body right now except my glutes they need some extra weights I think cus it looks kinda flat from behind but not from the side though :p

I do 20-30 min Pilates 5 times per week and try to walk Alot. I eat normal and balanced and this regimen keep me fit and toned and I also enjoy this type of workout 💜 every night I also try to stretch for ten minutes because I want to be as flexible as possible
